Our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item if applicable.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of food and drink products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
Quality issues
We take quality seriously. If a product fails to meet your expectations, contact us with details and we'll review the issue case by case.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders before they have been picked and packed.
